Cloak of Shadows

This cloak seems to be woven of pure shadowstuff. In any light, it remains perfectly matte black, reflecting nothing. When the hood is drawn up, the wearer's face is wholly obscured--only his eyes show as green glowing shapes.

  • Shadowmeld: At-will, swift, must be in shadows, requires that no enemy is aware of your location; you become partially incorporeal. You are considered invisible while in darkness or dimness, and gain concealment even if you leave darkness. While incorporeal, you gain Resist 50% (all), but cannot affect the physical world. The effect ends if you suffer damage, inflict damage (or a debilitating effect), or move faster than 50% of your normal movement rate.
  • Shadow Jump: Recharge 33%, move, must be in shadows; you teleport to a shadowed location within medium range.
